What you should know...
Products will be delivered to the address provided at the time of the order. No deliveries will be made to a post office box by UPS. Delivery charges will be added based on the number of items in the package, delivery method and destination of the package.
Order will be processed within 2 business days after acceptance of the order. Delivery time may vary according to the destination, the delivery method chosen and the availability of products in inventory.
To ensure better tracking and proof of delivery, it is possible that the carrier may require a signature upon receipt.
The products ordered become the responsibility of the buyer at the moment when Smart Tiles Ltd gives them to the carrier.
Smart Tiles Ltd must have received full payment for products before delivery
